Tripoli Center Project – 2nd Phase of Al-Fateh Tower

Tripoli Center Project – 2nd Phase of Al-Fateh Tower

Once more, the Arab Union Contracting Company is engaged in providing a new and leading project which serves development movement and contributes to the satisfaction of local needs. The objective of the project is to construct a commercial administrative novel, and dynamic family recreation center, to stand as a new bold distinctive point in Tripoli City which lends a modern horizon to the city's identity bestowing it with a great and important aspect of its needs.

The traffic passages along the site evoke a concept similar to that of the traditional bazaar and its open spaces provide comfort and entertainment surfaces. Both project's new and old ends meets in an internal strong and specified yard, which create a modern urban space, granting the neat glass spaces a new dimension of impression accompanying such type of projects.

Obtaining optimum natural lighting capacity gives the sense of depth and transparency achieved by giant glass facets of the project. The first goal of this type of projects in to energy saving which classifies our new project as an intelligent building, copying with the modern era of design and building styles.  The design will allow energy saving by double external casing layers allowing light penetration, thus helping to reduce thermal loads through natural properties of air movement and passage.

The project has been designed to include three dynamically and effectively connected parts – the main front part consisting of 20 storeys reflect its glass facades the ancient Tripoli city and the sea and the internal part facing Al-Fateh Tower, consisting of 12 storeys together with a small supplementary building consisting of 5 floors.

The 3 parts have been designed to form together a complete visual extension with the internal space linking both towers which highly enriches the project value by green and water spaces and through the consecutive sensation of light and shade.

The new green space which will be implemented by refined and coordinated approach will be the strong bond between the two projects: the old (Al-Fateh Tower) and the modern (Tripoli Modern Center). The aim is to achieve efficiency as nearly as possible to perfection.

The design of the commercial center space and the closed internal space in great height and refined finishing degree will create a new and comfortable atmosphere for visitors, thus enabling all people, young and old to witness new experience in appreciating and enjoying same.
